What products are offered?

Our store carries reusable water bottles, drinkware, bottle accessories, bags, coffee and tea products, and selected kitchen-related accessories.

Is shipping free?

Free-shipping eligibility is displayed at checkout. Order preparation is usually about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit; these ranges are not guaranteed.

Can I change my mind or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept defective and non-defective returns and exchange requests made within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new and unused with its packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials. Returns are sent by mail using the free return label included in the package, and there is no restocking fee.

What if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?

Send the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photos or video of the product and packaging. Do not mail a return until it is authorized.

When will a refund be processed?

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 10 days.

How can I pay?

Credit/Debit Card is currently offered in checkout. The payment provider presents the eligible cards and completes payment through its secure payment flow.
