Shipping Policy

This policy covers orders for reusable drinkware, hydration products, bags, coffee and tea items, and related accessories offered by our store.

Processing and transit

Most orders are prepared in approximately 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–5 business days. These estimates are not guarantees, and weekends, holidays, carrier conditions, severe weather, or address reviews can affect delivery.

Any free-shipping eligibility and final delivery charge are shown at checkout. Customers must provide a complete mailing address, reachable email, and working phone number. Tracking is sent when available; carrier scans may take time to appear.

Delivery concerns

For a delay, lost parcel, delivered-but-missing package, or damage in transit, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a clear description. Photos of damaged products and packaging may be required. We may coordinate a carrier investigation before offering the available resolution.

Shipping may be limited where a carrier cannot safely or lawfully serve an address. Orders containing restricted items may also have destination limits. Contact us before ordering if delivery eligibility is uncertain.
